i cant go in to the game

hi my account name is kaiken and IGN KaiKen
i'v been playing for a qouit some time and then today im clicking on the game im writing my password choosing a ch and then double clicking on my charcter and he stuck and thinking for like 10-20 secand returning to the main page and it says the i need to log in in other time and yesterday iv been playing at very normal stat
plz help me if u can Crying or Very sad
